Schools can contact Jenny’s Classroom to view goods on approval (APRO) for 7 days. We will invoice you for the goods. You may return them within the time periods, in which we will credit you for the return of the goods. If you decide to return the goods, you are responsible for the return at your own cost. Any losses of the goods in Transit will be your responsibility.
Please Note: we will not send out items that are on CD, or books that contain CDs. There may also be other items (non-stock) that we will not supply on APRO. All goods must be returned in Mint (saleable) condition, otherwise it will be considered as a Firm Sale.
Any items lost in Transit will be your responsibility.
Jenny’s Classroom has a standard postage rate depending on the State you live in. We understand that postage rates appear high, but the tyranny of distance in Australia means that Postage is very high. Our aim is to only charge what we are charged by Australia Post.
The majority of the time we use Australia Post (Parcel Post / eParcel), or occasionally a local courier to Sydney Destinations. If you require your order urgently, we can arrange this for you – at an additional charge if applicable. If you do have a special requirement, please email us to discuss alternative arrangements.
For international customers, please contact us for postage rates to your country.
Jenny’s Classroom will refund (subject to our approval) or exchange goods purchased from the website provided they are returned in mint condition within 14 days of purchase. These goods must be accompanied by a tax invoice or receipt from us. Unless faulty, we will not accept cassettes, DVD’s, software, videos, CD’s or sale priced items. These are considered Firm Sale items.
In the case of purchasing a physical product from this website which satisfies one or more of the following cases we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange of the product:
The product does not match its description as provided when sold
The product received is not the product ordered
The product has been damaged in transit
Finally, returns will not be provided if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
We do not insure goods sent within Australia. Insurance will be an additional cost.
We aim to have all items featured on our website in stock at all times, however due to demands placed on our suppliers, this may not always be possible. In this case your item will be backordered and sent out to you when the item becomes available. We do not charge additional freight for backordered items.
Delivery charges for overseas orders will be calculated on receipt of order and customers will be notified of the costs involved. Please note that all items include GST and are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
All prices on this site are GST inclusive.
School Accounts – are entitled 30 days trading terms.
When you purchase from the Jenny’s Classroom website, we will not store any of you card details . All credit card details are posted directly from your web browser to the National Australia Banks (NAB) Transect payment gateway. As such, the NAB takes the responsibility of the card data.
Accounts may also be paid with cheque or Direct Deposit into our Bank Account (contact us for details). All goods placed on account are subject to our strict Terms & Conditions.
